You will be part of our finance team, currently consisting of four colleagues, and report to the Head of Finance. Your main work and responsibility will be to handle the accounting activities for one or two of our local markets in the Nordics. This involves daily handling of receivable and payable accounts, administration of expense reports, intercompany invoicing, VAT, declarations, as well as monthly and yearly closings. You will also work with ad hoc needs and requests from the markets you support or from your colleagues in the finance team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Managing incoming invoices for approval, ensuring costs are booked correctly.
Managing reimbursements according to legislation.
Managing overdue client invoices, including early warnings reports.
Supporting the finance department with reporting monthly statements.
Taking ownership of the local office accounting and ensuring it follows our internal procedures and reporting.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Excellent level of English, written and spoken
1+ years experience within accounting.
Financial and accounting background, including an understanding of PnL, balance sheet and Swedish accounting regulations.
Communicative and collaborative working style
Highly structured with a drive for finding and fixing areas of improvement within automation, workflow or processes.
Passion for or experience in working with projects within financial sustainability and optimisation.
