WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Own planning and execution of digital strategies, together with an operational team, aimed at addressing and solving our clients' challenges.
Act as the main point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for managing the communication and relationship with them.
Be a strategic partner for our clients, challenging their current set-up and mindset, advising them on their digital growth.
Take our delivery to the next level by proposing and implementing new initiatives to improve the client’s overall performance.
Continuously stay on top of and understand the latest technologies, trends and techniques in our industry.
Deliver strategically innovative and insightful work that sets the bar for everyone around you.
Share your knowledge and skills and take an active part in upskilling your more junior colleagues.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
4+ years of experience in digital marketing in the Nordic or European markets.
Well-versed in talking about and understanding both performance marketing and brand marketing (Google Ads, Programmatic, Meta Ads, GA4, etc.) with clients.
A strategic mindset around performance and delivery.
Strong project management and collaboration skills with experience in leading cross-functional project groups for complex clients.
Great at identifying and enhancing insights from current data and industry or market trends
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use Excel/Sheets and other project management tools to structure and solve problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
