ABOUT THE ROLE
The Creative Growth Manager is a senior leader responsible for unlocking strategic and commercial opportunities within a region by pairing creative insight with business acumen. Working in close partnership with the region’s Creative Directors, they drive client growth, lead commercial engagements, and ensure our creative offering is positioned for long-term success.
This role oversees the full new business and scoping process, manages commercial systems and tools (including HubSpot and Juro), and collaborates with Operations Leads to ensure we’re resourced and ready to grow. The Creative Growth Manager also leads our commercial positioning in the market by maintaining sales materials (e.g., case studies, pitch decks), ensuring our value proposition is clearly communicated to prospects, and enabling internal teams to pursue growth with confidence. With a strong understanding of both market dynamics and internal capabilities, their primary mission is to help Precis Creative grow impactfully and sustainably.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional Strategy & Market development
Shapes and maintains the region’s creative growth strategy in partnership with Creative Directors and the CSO.
Ensures consistent brand positioning by collaborating with the Brand Team and managing the region’s creative presence.
Builds relationships with platforms, partners, and collaborators to elevate market visibility.
Monitors trends, client demand, and competitors to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
Supports regional marketing efforts, industry engagements, and award submissions to enhance reputation.
New Business & Commercial Enablement
Leads new business efforts from qualification through pitch and proposal development.
Owns and improves commercial systems and processes, including tools like HubSpot (CRM), Juro (contracts), and intake/scoping workflows.
Maintains sales and pitch materials, including pitch decks, case studies, bios, and templates.
Ensures a seamless handoff of new clients to delivery teams, aligning expectations, scope, and resourcing.
Collaborates with Operations Leads to ensure resource readiness and financial viability for incoming work.
Client Expansion & Strategic Support
Partners with Creative Directors to identify growth opportunities within existing client portfolios.
Contributes commercial insight to strategic client conversations, including pricing, packaging, and positioning guidance.
Supports revenue forecasting and growth planning across key accounts.
Coaches internal leads on stakeholder engagement and communicating Precis Creative’s value proposition.

- The annual salary bracket for this role is $130 000 - $165 000 for an L4 role or $165 000 - $250 000 for an L5 role.
