WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Plan, activate, and optimize programmatic campaigns across platforms and formats for a portfolio of clients.
Take responsibility for advanced programmatic setups, including audience strategies, data usage, bidding structures, and automation.
Evaluate campaign performance against client objectives and translate results into clear recommendations and next steps.
Drive advanced optimization and testing approaches, identifying improvements across platforms, formats, and buying strategies.
Drive and implement programmatic technology solutions, including complex buying structures, data usage, and automation, supporting both client needs and internal efficiency.
Share knowledge and mentor junior specialists, providing guidance on programmatic tactics, tools, and best practices.
Support the development of the programmatic offering, contributing to standards, documentation, and internal learning with a focus on Stockholm.
Work closely with the strategy teams to identify growth opportunities within programmatic.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
4+ years of experience working in the programmatic field.
Deep expertise in DV360 & CM360, but also good knowledge outside of the GMP product portfolio (e.g. Adform, Xandr, TheTradeDesk, etc.)
Ability to analyze and interpret data across both marketing & analytics platforms (e.g. GA4).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio) and ability to present insights in an engaging and understandable manner.
Proficiency in crafting and applying effective testing tactics to discover innovative solutions and boost campaign effectiveness.
Proficient in communicating complex ideas clearly, both in presentations and through collaborative discussions.
Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with a focus on sharing knowledge and fostering a learning environment within the team.
