Creative Solutions Engineer (Full-stack Engineer)
We usually respond within two weeks
At Precis, we are a group of friendly experts in media buying, analytics & marketing science, creative, and technology with a joint mission to help great companies thrive in the digital landscape.
As a Creative Solutions Engineer (Full-stack Engineer - Cloud-native, GCP) at Precis, you will work hands-on with building and maintaining cloud-native systems that enable scalable, automated, and forward-looking creative technology solutions. You will design and implement backend services, data pipelines, and full-stack applications that support experimentation, innovation, and production-grade systems — always with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
This role sits within our Creative Tech department, working at the intersection of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and creative problem-solving. You will build technical systems and platforms that are shaped by how creative work is produced, scaled, and evolved — requiring both strong engineering fundamentals and an understanding of creative workflows, constraints, and opportunities.
The focus is on building flexible, future-proof solutions that enable experimentation and new ways of working, rather than optimizing for a single format or existing workflow.
We are looking for an intermediate engineer who enjoys shipping real systems, learning through doing, and contributing to technical discussions around architecture and tooling.
We are committed to building an inclusive and fair workplace that attracts talent and advances its people, regardless of their background, experiences, or perspectives. We believe that a diverse set of minds contributes to our innovative culture and our ability to constantly evolve.

Contribute to internal platforms and tooling that enable large-scale creative production, automation, and custom workflows.
Ensure solutions are built with strong fundamentals around architecture, security, scalability, and reliability.
Work with Git as part of a collaborative development workflow, including code reviews and shared ownership of codebases.
Participate in documentation and knowledge sharing to support long-term maintainability of systems.
Solution Design, Automation & Innovation
Translate creative and operational needs into robust technical solutions.
Help design and evolve systems that support creative automation, with a strong focus on exploring and applying AI in thoughtful, production-grade ways where it creates real value.
Collaborate closely with other engineers, creative technologists, and stakeholders within Creative, such as designers and strategists.
Continuously improve existing systems through iteration, refactoring, and technical curiosity.
