Precis Digital’s office in Copenhagen is growing and we are now looking for a well organized, professional, and enthusiastic part time Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator to join our team.

As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day at the office works seamlessly. You’ll be owning a wide range of tasks, from administrative tasks, to maintaining the overall appearance of the workspace to coordinating engaging social events across the company, which means you’ll be a big contributor to our dynamic and collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 💼
Regular contact with suppliers and other relevant parties for the office.
Welcoming and onboarding new employees as well as assisting leaving employees.
Administrative tasks such as managing travel booking, mobile subscriptions, webshop orders, alarm system and key tags.
Support with internal and external events.
Day-to-day office support for our employees.
Placing orders such as food and fika, IT equipment, office supplies, snacks and drinks, etc.
Coordinating and organising social events, everything from our recurring breakfasts and Birthday fikas to our yearly Summer and Winter parties.
Work with our admin team to build a great place to work.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️
Keeps a structured approach and likes attention to details.
Efficient with a problem-solving attitude, enjoy executing on practical tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Danish.
Keen to take on any task with a hands-on approach.
Friendly and professional in communication with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
Prior experience within administration and/or an assistant role would be beneficial, but not a requirement.

A 40% position (15h/week), with a flexible work schedule. On a regular basis, we’d like you to come to the office a few hours per day, 3 days a week. However, we are open to a different set up from time to time if that fits you best.

Transparent salary setting - the salary band for this role is 12,000-15,000 DKK/month.
