WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 💼
Lead the strategic & operational management of one or more digital marketing channels, ensuring flawless quality, consistency, and innovation in media delivery, from setup to optimisation and detailed performance analysis.
Direct advanced testing and optimisation initiatives within channels, applying deep expertise to enhance campaign effectiveness and meet client KPIs.
Conduct in-depth channel analysis and audits to identify inefficiencies and opportunities, proposing practical, scalable solutions to improve performance, brand visibility and efficiency metrics.
Contribute to the development of innovative, advanced tools and frameworks to optimise performance across all stages of media delivery, including planning, execution, reporting, and data activation.
Provide clients with concise, actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights, guiding strategic decisions.
Collaborate with relevant platform representatives and internal colleagues to stay ahead of emerging features and best practices. Secure high-quality execution and effective application of solutions and learnings to drive client success.
Promote a collaborative environment, leading by example in integrating channel-specific insights and new solutions with cross-functional team efforts to enhance the overall client experience and success.
Facilitate knowledge sharing & mentor junior specialists, providing guidance on channel-specific tactics and fostering an environment of continuous learning.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️
4+ years of experience in the digital marketing ecosystem.
Comprehensive hands-on experience and technical expertise in Paid Search, with solid working knowledge across other channels (e.g. paid social, programmatic) and how they integrate with the overall marketing strategies.
Ability to analyse and interpret data across both marketing & analytics platforms (e.g. GA4) and use insights to drive continuous optimisation and achieve better outcomes.
Proficiency in crafting and applying effective testing tactics to discover innovative solutions and boost campaign effectiveness.
Quickly pick up new platforms, tools, and technical concepts; able to adapt to different client and platform contexts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to C-level client stakeholders. Ability to turn data insights into strategic narratives and initiatives.
Strong mentoring skills, with a focus on sharing knowledge and fostering a learning environment within the team.
Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio) and the ability to present insights in an engaging and understandable manner.
Preferred: Solid technical and analytical skills, including automation, scripting, and platform integrations, and knowledge of Google Cloud services (BigQuery, Cloud Run), Google Ads Scripts, and API integrations (marketing platforms and 3rd-party).
