At Precis, we believe that even the best media strategy will fail if the underlying commercial engine is broken. As our new Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be the architect of that engine. You won’t just "manage a CRM"; you will design the technical frameworks that allow our clients to turn data into predictable revenue.
You aren't just an implementation specialist. You enable growth and your work proves the impact your colleagues across other disciplines are making to the client’s business. As an early member of this team, you will be a part of shaping our RevOps service, moving beyond siloed projects to create clarity that connects the dots across marketing, sales, and finance.
You love taking a challenge a client gives you coming up with the right technical solution that set’s them up for long term success and that will allow them to scale.
At Precis, we are a group of friendly experts in media buying, analytics & marketing science, creative and technology with a joint mission to help great companies thrive in the digital landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 💼
Consult & Architect: Act as a trusted advisor to B2B clients, diagnosing go-to-market pain points and designing HubSpot architectures that solve them.
Enable the "Full-Funnel": Partner with our colleagues across other services to implement automation that doesn't just send emails, but triggers based on high-value intent signals to drive measurable growth.
Revenue Reporting: Build the dashboards that prove Marketing’s impact on the bottom line. You’ll help clients move from "leads" to "revenue".
Technical Excellence: Lead complex HubSpot setups, data migrations, and advanced customizations (Custom Objects, Programmable Automation, etc.) ensuring a world-class setup.
Audit & Optimize: Conduct deep-dive CRM audits to identify where "messy data" is clogging the process, and implement the hygiene and enrichment processes to fix it.
AI Innovation: Explore and implement in-platform AI solutions to increase client efficiency and stay at the forefront of the "Technology Leader" priority.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️
At least 2+ years of agency-side experience in Hubspot. You should be a specialist across Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs.
You can translate a client's business goal into a technical workflow, and then explain that workflow back to them without using jargon.
You understand that "Stewardship" of client data is the foundation of trust. You are disciplined with documentation and data hygiene.
While HubSpot is your home, you are comfortable navigating Salesforce and are curious about the wider tech stack (MAPs, CRMs, and enrichment tools).
You don't just build a field because a client asked; you ask how that field will help them close more deals.
You are a proactive collaborator who seeks feedback and takes ownership of your own development.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
