WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Senior Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion for ad-hoc and retainer-based requests. You will be working alongside creative team members (designers, developers, copywriters, etc.) and strategists, all while supported by your fellow team of project managers in the US and Europe. Your typical tasks will include:
Managing the end-to-end production process for digital campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and team resource allocation - ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Establishing new and nourishing existing relationships with clients and external partners.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients on project-related matters, supporting them with valuable insights to ensure project success.
Leveraging your and the team’s expertise in interpreting briefs, understanding campaign objectives and requirements, and finding the best way to tackle them.
Working closely with creative and production teams to facilitate seamless collaboration and a supportive team dynamic.
Ensuring quality control of your own and others’ work - providing your team with feedback on ideas, concepts, and prototypes, as well as meticulously scanning for typos, misplaced pixels, and anything less than perfect.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We believe that you're a dynamic individual who effortlessly balances technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills. You possess a keen eye for detail and organisation, coupled with a natural ability to foster collaboration and communication within diverse teams and with clients alike.
Experience: 5+ years in a creative agency or digital studio, with a proven track record of leading through influence rather than just process.
Strategic Prioritization: Ability to independently navigate ambiguity and prioritize workflows based on business impact.
Agile Mindset: Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with the flexibility to adapt these frameworks to maintain project velocity.
Project Lifecycle Mastery: Proficiency in managing projects end-to-end, from scoping and timelines to execution, and evaluation.
Strategic Communication: A focus on proactive client partnership and service-oriented problem-solving.
Technical Skills: Experience with digital advertising platforms (DV360, Meta, Google), diverse ad formats etc.
Performance Insight: Strong understanding of campaign lifecycles and digital advertising, with an emphasis on performance and media planning.
Collaborative Leadership: A solutions-driven team player who remains calm under pressure and values collective success over rigid production oversight.
Creative Excellence: A keen design sensibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work.
