WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 💼
In this role, you’ll be part of our Talent Acquisition team, with a focus on recruitment and enhancing candidate experience. You’ll work closely with your teammates and hiring managers, supporting the entire recruitment journey, from building our employer brand to celebrating the arrival of new team members. In addition, we’d like you to support our local admin team with practical tasks around office management.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including writing engaging job ads, sourcing talent, conducting screening calls and interviews, and handling recruitment coordination and administration.
Partner with hiring managers by offering thoughtful guidance on candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentations and negotiations.
Help enhance the overall recruitment experience for both candidates and internal collaborators.
Be a proud ambassador for Precis, exploring new ways to strengthen our employer brand and build meaningful connections with talent.
Support Madrid office operations in tasks such as managing bi-weekly (online) grocery shopping, purchasing new hire equipment, organising local social events, and providing versatile administrative support to enhance the local employee experience.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology).
A genuine interest in Talent Acquisition, along with some hands-on experience (from internships or student/part-time jobs).
A structured, organised approach to work, with attention to detail.
A people-person who enjoys connecting with others, outgoing, curious, and communicative.
A collaborative, innovative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Strong verbal and written English skills, with a friendly and clear communication style.
[Preferred] Fluency in a Scandinavian language.
[Preferred] 6–12 months of experience in recruitment, with modern ATS tools, talent sourcing & outreach (LinkedIn), or employer branding.
