WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 💼

Hello there, you future Digital Marketing rockstar. Let’s cut to the chase.

Are you a student enrolled in a Master Degree course, and looking to get some work experience under your belt? Itching to get your hands into a digital marketing team where you can really make a difference?

You are? Great! So here’s the deal. Between Cappuccinos and Spritz we’d like you to:

• Create, setup, optimise and report on media campaigns for our clients.

• Make sure campaigns are set up in a timely manner and optimised to ensure the success of our clients against agreed KPIs.

• Troubleshoot campaign issues using debugging tools and working with all the relevant stakeholders.

• Plan, manage and execute wildly successful SEO projects which help our clients to improve their organic and paid digital performance.

• Help shape the growing Precis squad as we continue to punch above our weight across the globe.

• Take part in our table tennis tournaments (ok, maybe you can skip this one if you don’t feel up for it).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️

We're looking for the best and brightest students to join us. Are you a student enrolled in a Master Degree looking for your curricular internship? We have a 6 month opportunity for you if you're looking to learn more about the world of Digital and Performance Marketing.

To Land This Gig, You Need a Few Things

• Fluent in Italian and English - partners are English speakers, your colleagues speak English, the settings of the PlayStation in the gaming room will be in English... so you get the picture: damn you speak English fine!

• Numbers. Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key; you must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed. Statistics and Excel are your bread and butter.

• Love of Testing: The point is when it comes to Digital Marketing we stopped guessing a long time ago and started testing. We test everything. We need you to be a testing Ninja.

• AI Curiosity: ChatGPT, Claude, and the gang aren't just fancy calculators anymore. You're genuinely curious about AI tools and how they're reshaping our industry - bonus points if you've already tried convincing an AI to write your thesis (we won't tell!).

• Project management skills are important. A pro-active, charismatic, and consultative approach is essential.

• Ownership. Treat our clients' businesses as if they were your own.

• Attitude. Have fun, all the time.

• EU work permit (not a student visa).

WHAT WE OFFER🌟

• Type of internship: Curricular Internship.

• Duration: 6 months (full time engagement).

• Salary: €750/month.

• Location: Italy. Work from remote (within the Italian territory) + team gatherings in Milan Office or Pietrasanta Office one week in a row per quarter. Please note that team gatherings are planned in advance with your team and expense reimbursement for such events are not provided.
