WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 💼
The Lead Analytics Strategist operates as a trusted technical advisor to our most critical client engagements. While you possess the hard technical skills to architect advanced data solutions, your primary focus is consultative: diagnosing structural business challenges, designing scalable technical strategies, and translating these into actionable, high-impact roadmaps. You actively drive the growth of our pipeline and evolve our service offerings in response to market demand, all while guaranteeing technical excellence across key client deliverables
Take ownership of the strategy and excellent delivery for our most complex, high-profile clients and projects. You define the strategic roadmaps and ensure the final output exceeds expectations.
Act as a key driver in commercial dialogues, discovery calls, and client workshops. You must excel at uncovering deep business challenges and explicitly translating them into tangible, high-impact data and analytics work.
Keep a strong pulse on industry trends, emerging technologies, and client demand. Use these insights to proactively develop, refine, and evolve our core service offerings to ensure we remain market leaders.
Partner seamlessly with our deep-domain specialists (analytics, data, and tech). You provide the strategic architecture and client context; you empower them to build and execute ambitious, innovative solutions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️
Ability to facilitate workshops and discovery calls that directly convert into data, analytics, or technology projects.
High retention, satisfaction, and growth across the high-stakes client portfolio you oversee.
Total comfort and authority when presenting technical implementations to high-level decision makers, connecting the solutions to business objectives.
Demonstrable success in identifying market shifts and successfully bringing new, relevant services or methodologies to market.
Lead technical specialists with credibility, effectively turning complex data capabilities into actionable business strategies.
Total comfort and authority when presenting to high-level decision-makers, keeping them accountable, and driving the strategic agenda.
