THE ROLE 📚
CRM and Revenue Optimisation are the bedrock for sustainable growth for any b2b company, yet most companies fall short of delivering on the desired level of alignment that can propel the business forward. If you are the right candidate for the job, you’ll already have experienced this first hand and actively helped create synergies across sales, marketing and customer service.
As a Lead CRM / Revenue Strategist (L4), you will play a pivotal role in executing and shaping our growing CRM offering. You will act as a senior strategic advisor and a hands-on technical expert for our clients. This role blends senior-level strategic ownership with deep platform experience, allowing you to connect the dots between client operational efficiency and tangible revenue results. Your stakeholders are Marketing leaders who need to drive operational efficiency to prove the value of their investments.
Precis was founded in Stockholm, and Sweden is where many of our most ambitious collaborations are situated. While our internal language is English and we serve a portfolio of international clients, fluency in Swedish is a requirement for this particular role.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING đź’Ľ
Strategic Client Consulting: Directly consult with key clients to diagnose revenue and data pain points, designing tailored CRM and go-to-market strategies.
Platform Implementation & Optimisation: Lead complex system setups, advanced customization projects, data migrations, and system health audits.
Workflow Automation: Design and implement end-to-end sales, marketing, and service automation workflows to align client objectives across business units.
Data & Analytics Excellence: Partner with our Media and Analytics team to ensure data integrity, build advanced dashboard reporting frameworks, and provide expert guidance on lead management, forecasting, and pipeline optimization.
Internal Enablement & Growth: Act as an internal subject matter expert, training wider client teams to identify CRM opportunities. Contribute to the growth of this service line by participating in scoping and expanding existing client relationships.
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior specialists as the practice scales.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️
A team player. We are on a mission to build a world class B2B agency and team within Precis, and other than craft, we’re looking for kindness, ambition, and empathy.
A minimum of 5 years domain experience.
Deep Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on, configuration, and integration experience with both HubSpot and Salesforce (including Marketing, Sales, and Data Hub / Sales and Marketing Engagement Cloud).
The Strategic Doer: You love jumping between high-level solution architecture and diving deep into platforms to problem-solve and configure workflows yourself. We have people who can execute, but we are looking for a candidate who is not afraid of rolling up their sleeves.
Revenue/Sales Operations Background: A proven track record in CRM consulting, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, with a clear understanding of how to drive efficiencies through tech stack integrations.
Client-Centric Consultant: Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to guide clients through complex operational changes and technical migrations.
Collaborative Mindset: Excited to work cross-functionally with media, creative, and analytics teams to build unified solutions.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
