As a legal counsel at Precis you will be given the opportunity to work alongside our skilled and modern legal team in an international work environment and assist with commercial legal projects spanning across our 13+ global offices.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 💼

• Take lead on various high-stake projects related to commercial contracts, AI, privacy and marketing.

• Serve as the first point of contact for our internal stakeholders and commercial teams in contractual matters across our global offices, managing the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation process from start to finish, with support of your senior team colleagues.

• Conduct legal research across a variety of relevant cutting-edge areas, ranging from AI, privacy and tech law to marketing and intellectual property law.

• Communicate important updates and provide top-notch advice to commercial stakeholders and departments at Precis.

• Provide strategic, actionable legal advice to commercial stakeholders, ensuring that legal guidance aligns with Precis’ business objectives and compliance focus.

• Take a key part in the continuous improvement within the legal function, contributing to the development of our templates, playbooks, and self-service capabilities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️

• You have obtained a degree (“juristexamen”) in Swedish law (preferred), or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm or fast pace in house role.

• You have experience across intellectual property, commercial contracts, privacy, and/or marketing law.

• You are comfortable managing matters independently.

• You have a big interest in AI, privacy, marketing, tech and digitalisation, are highly motivated and eager to learn.

• You are curious, committed and able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

• You are fluent in written and spoken English, and any other languages are a plus.

• [Preferred] Fluency in Swedish.
