WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 💼
Set the bar on the quality of delivery for the media operations team and ensure an excellent Precis experience for clients.
Take an active role in bigger client projects to deliver excellence in media execution.
Ensure operational excellence in a portfolio of clients, either directly or through your reports.
Manage a large team of specialists to build a strong culture, develop knowledge and skills, and create a positive and high-performing working environment.
Actively develop the skills and competencies of people within the team. Stay on top of the latest industry, media, and channel trends and be a champion for innovation and development of our media offering within Precis.
Actively direct the work of the media operations team to achieve the best impact for our clients using project management platforms and processes.
Coordinate across stakeholders and capability areas to secure strong delivery.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
Excellent technical knowledge of at least two of our channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Programmatic, SoMe, Microsoft Ads, Software review sites).
Excellent understanding of the B2B media landscape, preferred channels for both short (SaaS) and long sale cycle businesses.
Strong understanding of most elements surrounding a B2B consulting offering, including SEO, CRO, creative and RevOps.
Strong understanding of measurement challenges for B2B companies. Preferred experience in developing attribution solutions for these companies, data enrichment and reporting.
Experience with running complex ABM campaigns. Preferred experience including the use of dedicated data/audience enrichment and measurement products.
Experience leading a team to create an environment of excellence within media operations. Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to give constructive feedback and set the bar for the high standards of our media offering.
Experience building and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing and the connections between each capability.
Experience with reporting and UI navigation on HubSpot or other CRM systems. Preferred experience with technical implementations in these platforms (e.g. workflows automation, connection to platforms and such)
[Preferred] Experience with Big Query.
