WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 💼
End-to-end recruitment ownership: Take full operational ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for our Sweden Media and Client teams, ensuring an exceptional, transparent, and prompt candidate experience.
Proactive sourcing & Outreach: Actively map the market and run proactive, creative outbound sourcing campaigns on LinkedIn and other channels to identify and engage top-tier, passive digital marketing talent.
Build warm pipelines: Focus your strategic efforts on cultivating robust, long-term talent pools for recurring or critical roles, ensuring we have warm talent ready to move when hiring needs open up.
Market expertise & Networking: Become the absolute go-to expert on the Swedish digital marketing talent landscape. Represent Precis at industry networking events, meetups, and career fairs to boost local employer brand awareness.
Local HR & Manager collaboration: Partner with local hiring managers and the People team in Sweden to gain a deep understanding of team structures, anticipate immediate and upcoming talent needs, and align on hiring priorities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️
Proven recruitment experience: You bring extensive, hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a heavy and proven emphasis on sourcing, talent mapping, and outbound outreach.
Industry & Market knowledge: Experience recruiting within the digital marketing, agency, or tech ecosystem is a massive plus, as is a foundational understanding of media and client-facing roles.
Sourcing powerhouse: You love the hunt. You have an analytical and data-driven approach to sourcing, utilising advanced search techniques to find quality profiles that align with a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Fluency in Swedish & English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English are required, as you will be deeply embedded in the local market and working with international teams.
Stakeholder & Candidate partnership: You are a confident, versatile communicator who comfortably partners with senior leaders and local HR while simultaneously building strong connections with candidates. You excel at navigating market expectations and providing clear guidance to drive local hiring success.
Execution-focused mindset: You excel in a hands-on, high-volume environment. You are proactive, self-driven, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple pipelines concurrently without losing attention to detail.
