WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 💼

• Adapt visual concepts to various digital formats independently, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and best practices.

• Ensure that adapted designs maintain the integrity and coherence of original concepts across different platforms and materials.

• Collaborate with senior designers and art directors, as well as brief motion designers and developers to ensure design consistency across all assets.

• Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables, prioritizing tasks based on impact ensuring timely completion of tasks.

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in design software (Adobe CC, Figma), solid understanding of design principles, and digital marketing, applying this knowledge effectively.

• Innovation: Ability to create original and impactful design solutions.

• Communication & Collaboration: Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting ideas.

• Adaptability: Quick to learn and apply new tools, techniques, and processes to solve design challenges.

• Time Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines.

• Brand Management: Strong understanding of brand guidelines and their application across various digital formats. Ability to maintain brand consistency and coherence in all adapted designs.
